Terms & Conditions: Please make sure you arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to allow time for parking, entry and collection of your tour ticket, with the Tour to commence at the main entrance 95 Minerva Road, Herne Hill. The Tour is suitable for a range of ages, however patrons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and parent discretion is advised. Please note that a fair amount of walking is required and the Tour is within the old sections of the cemetery, on a range of different surfaces including grass and gravel which may be uneven and have restricted wheelchair access in some pathways. To ensure the Tour is completed on time, and all patrons experience the interactive element to the Tour, patrons are requested to stay close to the tour guide. Please note that tickets are not refundable except in the event that Geelong Cemeteries Trust cancels a Tour – at which time all patrons will be notified in advance and fees will be refunded. As this Tour is performed outside, it is recommended to dress for the forecasted weather and if needed, bring your own umbrella. Your booking can only be confirmed once payment is made. All personal information provided will not be used for any purpose other than to book the Tour. The Tour is strictly alcohol and drug free. Geelong Cemeteries Trust reserves the right to refuse entry to those under the influence and those behaving in a manner that may disrupt the Tour. The tour guides and actors receive a fee for their service, and any funds remaining from this program will be used for future memorial restoration projects as determined by Geelong Cemeteries Trust.
