About The Chapel

The Chapel is located within landscaped gardens of Geelong Memorial Park in Armstrong Creek. It provides a tranquil environment to reflect on and celebrate the life of a loved one.

The Chapel’s facade and interior complement traditional and contemporary style and is suitable for both religious and non-religious services. It can comfortably seat 80 guests, with standing room for a further 40.

The Chapel comprises of three areas:

A large reflection lounge for family and friends to gather prior to a service in the chapel.
A central chapel featuring stained glass artwork and a peaceful atmosphere.
A smaller, private room offering families an intimate area to reflect and remember.

Webcasting

Webcasting in The Chapel is a beautiful way to allow all, near or far, to be part of the celebration of life.

This space offers state-of-the-art audio visual facilities to enable non-intrusive live streaming of a funeral service. Any family or friends unable to attend in person are able to view the service via the internet.

The streaming is secure, with an invitation and password provided for access. Following the service, the recording is uploaded to a secure server, where the service can be viewed at any time in the future, as well as downloaded and shared at your discretion.
