Each ANZAC Day, flags are raised at this location to honour the bravery and sacrifices of those who have served our country.

Our history
Land was set aside for a cemetery in the late 1850s. Volunteers kept the graves and paths in good condition and residents were encouraged to ‘walk through the cemetery in order to contemplate the fragility of life.’ This location has a number of ANZAC reminders.
