Beeac Cemetery is a peaceful resting place in the gently rolling landscape of a small rural town.

Our history

This location was established after the residents of Ondit came together at a public meeting in 1869 and decided that the area required a cemetery.

The land was divided into five religious denomination zones, remaining in this layout today.

It was originally known as the ‘Ondit and Cundare Cemetery’ until the twentieth century, when the name changed to Beeac Cemetery.
